Countdown Candle

With Thanksgiving this week, visiting friends and family and the official start of the Holiday season I wanted to bring you all a sweet diy hostess gift that everyone can appreciate. It's a grown up kind of advent calendar that is super simple to make. It takes literally minutes. It's thoughtful and sweet. It's a great gift to give your friends and family while visiting in Thanksgiving day. It's a great teacher gift.
Place your candle is a relaxing spot. Every evening light your Christmas countdown candle, make a heart around the date and relax for an hour or two.

I used the most delicious I found at Target. The label was easy to remove. The jar is simple, it's a perfect Christmas red and has a lovely silver lid.

• 1- 50 hour holiday scented soy candle
• glue dots
• scissors or paper cutter
• a small box of matches
• ribbon to tie around it to gift
