Longines 14k Gold Watch

Longines watch in excellent condition, with a fancy bezel in 14K sold gold "Longines" from 1953. The 14K gold bezel and case back are in amazing condition with a gorgeous look. The 14K gold is thick, corners and edges are sharp, The case back is clean with no engravings or dedications. It has a beautiful finish and is very glossy. The watch is simply gorgeous. The inside of the caseback is signed Longines. It's an extremely nice and very collectible Longines in excellent condition. The dial has a nice patina and is original and looks outstanding beneath the crystal which is also original and in excellent condition, It has the applied gold Longines emblem and the signed Longines script is in gold enamel. The hands are the original hands and are in excellent shape. The crown has the Longines emblem on it. The case measures approx. 43mm long from lug tip to tip and 30mm in diameter w/o the crown. The watch comes with a new black genuine leather strap. The movement is Longines 17 jewel # 232. The serial number 8982813 tells me the watch was made in 1953 though publish records. It's been cleaned and oiled and running strong. This watch looks great on the wrist and will absolutely attract a lot of attention and interest.
